I have 16 years of MLB and 30 years of professional baseball field maintenance experience. I've worked and spoken to people all across the world about my experiences and methods. As the foundation of my success, I believe in paying attention to detail and utilizing proper tools. The right tool doesn't have to be the fanciest or shiniest tool. Years of experience and being mentored from the beginning of my career have led me to start this vision of giving back to my peers and bringing the craftmanship back into our craft. Due to my abilities in metal fabrication and woodworking, I have always been able to create most of my own tools. I hope I can share this trade secret with anyone willing to put in the work to achieve superior playability.
