We feel like these are the best nail/float boards money can buy. Made by pros for professional results. Chaco boards come in two different options and are made out of all-select pine 2x4. The board gets its name from its 3x3 size, which equals 9 sq ft and weighs approximately 30 lbs.
A standard board gets topped with a 1x4 poplar on the float side, whereas premium boards feature a sapele wood topping. Other woods can be obtained at an additional fee upon request. To ensure long life and heavy use, all boards are assembled with 20d 3 3/4 sinker nails. The three rows of 2x4 have three rows of nails on each board spaced on 2-inch centers, with the row in between staggered so that the board has nails 1 inch apart. We concluded that closer spacing makes harder for wet dirt to pass through. The float sideboard is attached to the 2x4 frame using stainless screws. Zinc coated eye bolts are attached to the frame, so the boards are ready for use.
The nails can chatter or rattle when initially used since they are so sharp when they are new. To somewhat dull the nails, we advise pulling the board on a firmer dirt surface. They will gradually get easier to pull after a few uses.

Three variations of Chamu pull-behind boards are available: an open board without bracing, a slightly heavier board with a center brace if you wish to add weight, and a slightly heavier board with two braces on either side of the center if you need to increase weight for heavy-duty demands. The nails and spacing are the same as with the Chaco walk behind boards: 20d 3 34 nails on staggered 2 inch spacing to give you a nail every inch. Standard and premium boards are available, with poplar as the regular topper and sapele as the premium topper. Requested wooden toppers upon request will incur an extra fee. Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
